THE BOOKING DETAILS

• Client must ensure that all venue details are accurate.

• Client must ensure that Platinum Sound DJ Service, LLC can inspect the venue with all details given any differences of venue details will be reported to the client and the client must resolve all details within 10 business days of reported.

• Client must ensure Platinum Sound DJ Service, LLC has adequate time for setup prior to the “Event Start Time” Approx. 90-120 MIN. (Clients must indicate what access environment is available i.e. Stairs, lifts, elevators, car parking, etc.)

• Client must ensure Platinum Sound DJ Service, LLC has adequate time to break down after the “Event End Time”. Approx. 60-90 MIN. (Clients must indicate what access environment is available i.e. Stairs, lifts, elevators, car parking, etc.)

THE PAYMENT DETAILS

• All installment must be made on or before the specified dates.

  • A Late fee will be applied to all installment payments not paid or paid after 3 days of due date.

• A Late fee of $10 will be applied to all installment payments not paid or paid after 3 days of due date.

• Return Check payments are subject to a $45 NSF (non-sufficient funds)

THE CANCELLATION DETAILS

• The client maybe subject to a cancellation fee, as Platinum Sound DJ Service, LLC will exclusively reserve you event date, and all other proposed events will be turned down.     

  • Cancellation must be done in writing (Cancellations by phone or SMS will be denied and referred to written notice)

  • Cancellation fees are subject to the following: a. Cancellation within 30 days of the Event day the remaining outstanding balance will be due. b. Cancellations prior to 30days of the event date will forfeit all pre-paid monies to date.

  • Cancellation of the event due to circumstances outside of the control of the client.

• Cancellations outside of the client or Platinum Sound DJ Service, LLC control will result in a full refund of monies paid minus booking fee.

THE CONDUCT & SECURITY DETAILS

• It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all guest conduct themselves in a proper manner, the client will be responsible for all guest and their actions.

• The client will be responsible for any lost and damaged DJ equipment, personal property made by their guest.

• Platinum Sound DJ Service, LLC reserves the right to terminate any and all services due to the misconduct which threatens the safety of the Platinum Sound DJ, Service, LLC, Venue staff or guest.

• All school or events with minors, there must be a 1:10 ratio of legal adults, as such legal adults must always be present throughout the event.

THE VENUE DETAILS

• The Client must ensure to communicate with Platinum Sound DJ Service, LLC with any changes or limitation of sound, lighting and restrictions on the part of the venue.

• The Client must ensure that the venue has appropriate licensing for live/Amplified music.

• In the event Platinum Sound DJ Service, LLC, is not able to gain access to the Venue, and the event start time is delayed, the client will NOT be refunded any monies paid for the loss of time.

• Platinum Sound DJ Service, LLC reserves the right to delay or cancel any event prior to the start of the event due to insufficient floor space.

THE SAFETY & SECURITY DETAILS

• The Client is responsible of the safety and security of all guest, Platinum Sounds DJ Service, LLC accepts no responsibility of safety or security of guest, & venue or vendor staff.

• Platinum Sound DJ Service, LLC, will not be responsible for assisting in the evacuation of guest, venue staff, or vendors in the event of fire, flooding, public disturbance, terrorist activity, and any other threats to the public.

  • Platinum Sounds DJ Service, LLC will do its best to assist with announcements of any threats which do not present a clear threat of its staff.

• The Client is responsible for a venue security unless otherwise stated.

  • Platinum Sounds DJ Service, LLC is responsible to staff security.

• Platinum Sound DJ Service, LLC prohibits the carry of weapons (i.e. guns, knife, taser, pepper spray) while on duty.

THE PROMOTIONAL DETAILS

• Platinum Sound DJ Service, LLC, reserves the right to change or deny any and all promotional offers.

• The Client is subject to verification and qualification of all promotions offered by Platinum Sound DJ Service, LLC, and it affiliates.
